Founded in Australia, the press provides a home for stories that explore moral struggle, craftsmanship, and human dignity while avoiding the clichés often associated with the Craft. All non-fiction Masonic publishing is referred to our colleagues at Lewis Masonic in London, who have led the field for over two centuries. Ashlar Press exists to give Freemason authors a platform for their novels, whether adventure, romance, thriller, or supernatural horror, ensuring their work is treated with dignity and shared with a wider audience.
